Dr. Dale Miller, Practice Owner & Veterinarian
Dr. Dale Miller began his education at Purdue University before attending veterinary school at Ross University. He completed his first clinical year at Auburn University in Alabama before starting a professional career in veterinary medicine. Dr. Miller lives with his wife, Lori, and three little boys, Mason, Luke, and Alex. He loves spending time at home with his family and pets, Walker, Eiger, and Morgan. And when he gets some free time, it's time to fish.
Dr. Robert Miller, Veterinarian
Dr. Robert Miller attended Purdue University's School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with his doctorate in 1969. Away from the hospital, he enjoys life at home with his wife, Ginger, and two sons, Dale and Zack. Dr. Miller's favorite pet in his many years as an animal lover was a rescued Rottweiler that lived to the remarkable old age of 14. When it's time to decompress, he turns to his hobbies—fishing and working in the garden.
Dr. Jessica Giem graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. At the age of 8, Dr. Giem set her heart on becoming a veterinarian.She has spent time as a professional chamber musician, a teacher, and an artist. She graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, and is a member of the Phi Zeta national veterinary honor society. She has completed an small animal internship year in Florida. Her professional interests include avian and companion exotics. Her personal interests include artwork, writing fiction, Samulnori (traditional Korean drumming), chamber music, and swing dancing. She shares her life with one cat, Boromir.

Michael Livingston, Practice Manager
Michael Livingston attended Shelbyville High School and Indiana University before finding his place as Practice Manager at Arlington Heights. Mike enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Jennifer; their two dogs, Junebug and Rocco; and two cats, Boo and Gus. When he gets a moment away from the hustle and bustle of the hospital, Mike makes the best of his time with sports, golf, hiking, camping, and reading.
Daniel Newman received his bachelor's degree in wildlife ecology and is trained as a Veterinary Dental Cleaning Technician. Dan also is certified in the Laser Therapy for pets. He has two children, Rowan Aurora Isabelle and Parker Bear, and he loves spending time with them and his wife, Stephanie, at home in rural Freedom. Outside of work, Dan likes hunting, fishing, camping, canoeing, survival training, paintball, competition shooting, and reading.
Grant graduated from Brown County high school in Nashville, IN in 2003. He has a rambunctious shepherd puppy named “Mara” and a 1yr old cat named “Leia”. Grant has aspirations to one day become a veterinary technician. In his spare time he enjoys Frisbee golf and gaming.
Cierra attended Edgewood high school, she originally is from California and moved to Indiana in the 7th grade. She has 2 Huskies named “Dozer” and “Cyra” , she also has fish at home. Cierra wants to finish school and become a veterinary technician one day. She enjoys bonfires, riding horses and hanging out with friends.
Whiney graduated though Penn Foster online high school as a Junior. She lives in Gosport on a 53 acre farm for the last 21 years. Whitney owns 5 dogs , 5 rabbits and 3 ducks. Whitney has a compassionate heart for animals and found her dream job at Arlington Heights. Whitney is looking to further her career as a certified veterinary technician one day.
Skye graduated from Harrison College with a degree in veterinary technology, and is currently on the path to become licensed. She lives in Bloomington with her two domestic short hair cats, Houdini and Max. Skye enjoys hiking, rock climbing, traveling, playing board games and foreign cinema.
Bailey graduated from International Business College-Vet Teach Institute in August of 2016. She has passed her national board exam and is in the home stretch of becoming a registered technician. Bailey has an American Pitbull Terrier, a Pomeranian, a Flame-Point Siamese cat and an adopted bearded dragon. In addition to caring for her pets, Bailey enjoys working, fishing, bonfires and spending time with her friends and family.
Sara graduated from Crowder College with a degree in veterinary technology in 2014 and became a registered technician in the fall of the same year. She lives in Bloomington with her husband, Casey, and their Chocolate Lab, Vitus. Sara enjoys hiking, learning about World War II History, and watching movies.
Michael is currently attending Harrison College School of Veterinary Technology and will be finishing up his degree in March 2017. He started working at Arlington Heights north clinic in November of 2015. Michael has a Dachshund, a rescued Border Collie, a 6 month old rescued kitten, a Ball Python, 2 Crested Geckos and 2 Armadillo Lizards. Other than spending time with his pets, Michael also has an interest in working with exotics, gaming, bonfires and spending time with family and friends.
During her senior year of high school, between the fall of 2015 and spring of 2016, Lizzy interned with the North clinic. She returned in August of 2016 as an employee. During her free time Lizzy likes to go running, hiking, and loves spending time with her dogs. Lizzy is currently attending Ivy Tech to continue her education.
Dr. Jennifer Breese, Veterinarian
Doctor Breese completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington majoring in Biology. Heading out West, Jennifer attended Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine, completing her veterinarian degree in 2006. She is happily married to her loving husband Chris and has two beautiful daughters, Caroline and Katrina. At home, they are loved by two dogs and two cats; Meadow, Harry, Bella, and Sugarplum.
Dr. Anna Zike, Veterinarian
Doctor Zike graduated from the Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Happily married to her husband Ryan, they live with one dog, five cats, and a chinchilla. She loves her pets very much and absolutley adores her dog Mona. Any chance Doctor Anna can get, she loves taking vacations to anywhere warm and tropical!
Susan began working for Arlington four years ago, bringing 30 years of veterinary experience with her. She is married to the love of her life, Mike, and together they have three dogs. All rescues, Jill is a Labradoodle, Kodi a Cairn Terrier, and Joe a Pit Bull. When not at work, Susan enjoys gardening and fishing.
Zach graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Criminal Justice, and began working for Arlington four years ago. His love for animals and passion for his job continues to grow every single day. He has one very spoiled and sassy cat named Lenny who rules over all. Zach is hopeful of finding a new dog to join his family in the near future.
Emily graduated from Indiana University in 2010, and currently has 7 years of experience as a veterinary technician. She lives in Bloomington with her two dogs, Worms and Mesa, and two cats, Uzi and Nevis. Emily enjoys hiking, camping, biking and taking long strolls with her husband Neil and daughter Isla.
With years of experience in the field of veterinary medicine, Alyssa loves working with animals and caring them back to health each and everyday. Graduating from the University of Michigan State with a degree in anthropology, she moved to Bloomington, IN in pursuit of a career in the field. Luckily she found Arlington Heights and we've kept a hold of her ever since. She has two amazing dogs, Loki and Ender, that have imprinted a special place in her heart!
In her spare time Marissa enjoys learning to play the guitar, hiking, camping, and fishing. She also loves to spend time with her family, friends, and pets. Hank and Jersey are her two pets at home and they brighten her day each morning before she leaves for work and when she gets back home.
Sara began working for Arlington in March of 2014. She has always had many pets in her home her whole life, and enjoys working with animals every day. Sara and her husband Ben currently have two dogs, Marley and Izzy, three cats, Harley Quinn, Ranger, and Phoenix, in addition to a betta fish. Sara enjoys spending her free time playing video games, board games, and spending time with her friends and family.
Ben began working for Arlington in the spring of 2016. He and his wife Sara have two dogs, Izzy and Marley, and three cats, Harley, Ranger and Phoenix. In his spare time, Ben is a commission painter and enjoys recording a podcast with his friends.
Brooke began working for Arlington Heights South in May of 2015, and continues to enjoy working during her breaks from school at Purdue University. She grew up in Bloomington, and has one cat, Natsu, that enjoys traveling with her between school and home. Brooke enjoys reading, writing, cooking, organizing, watching movies, and playing the violin in the Purdue Symphony Orchestra.
Jordan is currently attending Indiana University in pursuit of a degree in Zoology. He has one dog, two cats, one rabbit, and one leopard geeko. Jordan has fostered many animals back to health and is always willing to help out any way he can!
Justin began working for Arlington Heights South in February of 2016. He is currently majoring in Exercise Science at Indiana University with plans to join the IU Police Academy in hopes of one day becoming a canine officer. He has two dogs, Ellie (a 1 year old Australian Shepherd Mix) and Russell (a spoiled, 6 year old Rat Terrier Mix). When Justin has spare time not spent studying or working, he enjoys exercising with his friends.
Kelly began working for Arlington Heights South in August of 2016. She is currently studying Animal Behavior, Biology and Psychology at Indiana University. She has experience working with cheetahs, giraffes and rhinos at the Indianapolis Zoo and bearded dragons, poison dart frogs and chuckwallows at Wonderlab. She loves cats and owns one bengal named Kitty. Kelly enjoys finding new books to read and new television shows to watch in her free time.
Emily is a senior at Bloomington High School South with plans of attending Indiana University in the fall of 2017. Her dad, grandfather, uncle and brother are all veterinarians, and she hopes to one day follow in their footsteps. Her mom owns a boarding facility for horses, and grew up showing them. Emily has been an animal care technician for a year, and is a part of the animal welfare society.
